Turning Capacity (15 Units)

Our 15 Turning Centers G&K provide a wide variety of turning capacity ranging from standard 2 axis lathes to 4 axis lathes with turn /mill capabilities, automatic bar loaders, gantry loaders, twin spindle, twin turret with automated parts transfer from one spindle to the other with automated part load and unload for high efficiencies and great value to our customers.

We are capable of turning a wide variety of materials with our turning capacity and are very successful in turning stainless steel and exotic materials with surface finishes as low as 2-3 Ra directly off the machines. Our capacity ranges from very small turned parts of .050 diameters to 14" diameters and up to 24 long in some applications.
