Swiss Turning Capacity (2 Units)

With the acquisition of two Swiss Turning machines G&K has gained the capacity to be even more diverse with our turning capabilities. Our Swiss Turning department can produce very small and complex parts in one operation. These Swiss Turning machines have capacity up to 32 mm (1.250 Diameter) with live tooling and simultaneous part machining on main and sub spindles for very cost effective machined parts for our customers. We have the ability to machine a wide variety of materials on our Swiss machines and we are very successful at machining difficult to machine materials such as 316L SST, 316 VAR, Hastelloy and other exotic materials.
