What is the preferred lot size?
We can produce parts in lot sizes of 1 to thousands (For best price larger quantities are always less costly)
What types of material are you able to machine?
We have machined a very wide variety of materials types and shapes. (Also look under our sizes and material page)
What types of equipment do you have?
We have the capacity to perform milling, turning, turn/mill, Swiss, secondary operations, outsourcing of heat treat, metal finish and other operations.
What is an average lead time for an order?
The typical lead time for an order is from 1-3 weeks depending on the order size and complexity.
What quality management system do you use?
G&K has a very structured quality management system in place that ensures that our customers get all the quality insurance they would expect from an ISO certified company without the added cost.

Are you ISO certified?
Although G&K is not ISO certified we have instilled quality into our systems that start from the team members we acquire, continuously train to our OSI (operator self inspection)
methods utilizing In process inspection sheets with print and/or machining process dimensions, inspection methods and inspection frequency with every job operation.
Also daily in process inspection audits and final part sampling plans are performed.
How many years has G&K been in business?
G&K has been in business since 1997 and the founders have been in the machining business since the early 80's.
