G & K Machining is a contract manufacturer that specializes in the machining of stainless & exotic materials. G & K Machining manufactures valves, regulators, fittings, manifolds, and check valves for the high purity, industrial, commercial, agricultural, hydraulic, solar, bio-fuels, automotive, recreational, fiber optics and medical markets.

Production of these products is done on horizontal & vertical machining centers, turning centers, multi tasking turning centers and Swiss turning machines.

Parts that we manufacture include ported bodies, inserts, valves, regulators, check valves, poppets, stems, retainers, retainer seals, caps, inlets, outlets, bellows bodies, nozzles, handle bar risers, gear boxes, flanges, pneumatic valves & housings, brackets, and gussets.

G & K Machining primarily serves industries such as semi conductor and computer chip manufactures with over 25 years of Machining experience.

Conveniently located in East Bethel, MN, about 30 min north of Minneapols, St. Paul.

It is our specialty to machine highly complex parts from various grades of stainless steel and exotic materials requiring tight tolerances and surface finishes. Most operations requiring the use of 10 to 20 power magnification at the time of machining and inspection. We also machine a variety of other materials, castings, forgings and extrusions.
